It is for now not possible to rearrange LaunchPad on APFS formatted drives

If experiencing an empty Other folder in LaunchPad, try deleting the .db files in ~/Library/Application Support/Dock ( -desktoppicture.db)
Then reset LaunchPad from Sorty again
